1. Clients must present this offer upon submission of offer (if they are purchasing) or listing contract (if they are selling).
2. This offer is valid only after close of escrow with a member of The Bob Carlseen Team.
3. Dates and times are subject to availability in the months of April, May, September and October for specific vacation residences. These residences are subject to change prior to booking the dates. Other dates may be available at the sole discretion of The Bob Carlseen Team. Dates must be booked within 60 days of close of escrow.
4. This offer includes 6 nights at one of three vacation rentals- 2 in Kapalua, Maui and 1 in Princeville, Kauai. These can be viewed by visiting www.BestVacationRentalsInHawaii.com and clicking on units 2824, 915 and 102. This offer also includes a reimbursement for up to $800 total in airfare. 5. This offer is subject to guests accepting and signing a written contract that sets forth the conditions and limitations of the offer- a sample of which can be seen by clicking here.
6. Purchase or sale must pay a minimum of 2.5% commission for transactions over $400,000 and a minimum of 3% for transactions from $250,000 - $400,000. Clients with transactions under $250,000 are not eligible unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Bob Carlseen Team reserves the right to adjust these figures prior to the implementation of any offer.
7. The Bob Carlseen Team may, at its discretion, extend the time limits of this offer.
