I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed working with you on the purchase of our home in Chula Vista. The honest, candid and insightful opinions yoyu gave us in our initial meetings provided us with the information we needed to align our expectations with the current market and our budget. Your knowledge of the area and expertise on the market conditions is extraordinary.
You were always available to answer our questions and were very quick on finding out the resposnes for the questions that you didn't know (which wasn't very often). You were always very clear in letting us know what information was fact based, research based or opinion based. Your intuition on where the market was, and which direction the market was moving was not only dead on but allowed us to purchase exactly the right house for our family at exactly the right time. By listening to you and following your advice, we were able to purchase a much better house at a much lower price than we had anticipated.
You were very flexible with your schedule and that allowed us to look at houses at our pace. You noted the most promising houses so we were able to look first at those houses that were most likely to move quickly.
Thank you also for the mortgage companies you recommended. They were very competitive and provided us the lowest rate and the lowest costs of all of the companies we surveyed.
After our offer was submitted, you followed up with the bank repeatedly and applied the pressure to get them to accept it just 3 days after it was made. I feel certain if you hadn't done so, we would have lost the house to a better offer. After the offer was accepted you chased every detail that was needed to allow us to close on exactly the day we needed to. You kept the inspector, lender, appraisor and everyone involved in the process on track and on schedule.
I also have to thank you for your recommendations of local contractors. The inspector was thorough, friendly and took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. The handyman your coordinated to fix the appraisal issues was fast, efficient and very reasonable. The painter you recommended did an excellent job, followed up regularly, kept on schedule without me having to follow up and was also very reasonable.
All said, I will be recommending you to anyone I know that may be looking to relocate into the area, trade up to a new house or purchase an investment property. You put us in our ideal house at a great price. I look forward to working with you in the future.
